Expert CFO joins the Mark Group
The Mark Group has appointed Susanne Prang as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Previously CFO within Statoil and the Rockwool Group, Susanne Prang brings more than 20 years of experience to the Mark Group.
As of August 1st 2004 Susanne Prang has been appointed Vice President of Finance & Administration in the Mark Group, the holding company of Mark Information which is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of job shop data collection, job & roster planning and Time & Attendance systems.
Susanne Prang is an international finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate environments. The appointment of her as CFO is part of a major strengthening of the Mark Group that is tuning the company for growth and internationalization.
Susanne Prang will be responsible for finance and administration in the Mark Group and play an important role towards the four Mark Information business units in the UK, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Being responsible for corporate finance & accounting as well as HRM, Susanne will be instrumental in ensuring the internal systems that will enable the Mark Group to become even more agile and responsive to customer needs.
Susanne Prang joins the Mark Group from a position as CFO in Statoil Detailhandel Denmark where she was responsible for the group controller function as well as accounting departments. Prior to that she was with the Rockwool Group for 11 years of which she spent four years as CFO for the global Rockfon division, and seven years as Group Chief Accountant responsible for consolidated accounting and controller activities in Rockwool International. Susanne Prang has also served as CFO in ISS Electronics A/S.
