BON’A PARTE selects Mark Information
BON’A PARTE, a leading mail order company in Northern Europe, has invested in an IT-system from Mark Information. The solution manages the planning of assignments for 380 employees and will enable BON’A PARTE to fulfil their duty to provide information to Statistics Denmark.
PrBON’A PARTE which sells quality fashion clothing through mail order in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Holland and Switzerland has just launched their IT-system from Mark Information. The solution is based on Mark Information’s core solution, ProMark, which enables BON’A PARTEs to optimise the staff productivity which is the main critical resource in the logistics demanding company
With ProMark, BON’A PARTE can collect and analyse data from 380 employees and run statistics on work performed and how much time is spent on individual processes. The solution creates an overview of which employee ressouces are available for BON’A PARTE at a given time so that the individual working process can run in the most optimal way.
- We are fully dependent on having the overview of which employees are available in various locations and this is a major challenge as BON’A PARTE works on several locations in Ikast, Denmark. We distribute 12 mio. catalogues per year and the planning of human resources in customer service and logistics has to be in sync at the distribution time. This is a major puzzle, which Mark Information helps us to solve, says HR and Finance Manager of BON’A PARTE, Ella Maria Hansen.
Duty to provide information to Statistics Denmark
Additional to the human resource planning, the ProMark solution also solves an external challenge. BON’A PARTE has been required to report information about all employees’ cause of absence. This means that BON’A PARTE every month are obliged to collect, categorise and structure detailed information on the cause of absence for each individual employee – whether it is illness, maternity leave, work-related injuries etc. This information has to be delivered to Statistics Denmark by the end of 2006.
- Statistics Denmark has extracted 2,400 privately held companies that continuously have to report the statistical information. It is regulated to report the information so there is no way around it. The reporting is a tough task which we could not handle without a specialised IT-system, says Ella Maria Hansen from BON’A PARTE
The ProMark solution has been implemented in four weeks and is fully integrated with BON’A PARTE’s pay-roll system which gets validated date from ProMark when the salaries are made.
